Alex enjoying her new table

Alex loves her new art table; however, she has now discovered a new use for the bin underneath. She decided to crawl in it and have a seat. Guess she thought it looked pretty comfy. Justin and I were over at the computer and when I turned around, there she was just chillin down in her bin of coloring stuff. Since then she has discovered that she can stand in it and bounce. She likes to stand inside of it and dance to her music. Never a dull moment with a toddler in the house!!

Visit with Friends

Over the holiday break, we were blessed to have our good friends Brittany and Frank come to visit for a few days. Brit and I went to college together at Kutztown and the last time we saw her was July 2007 right after Alex was born. So this was a real treat. She lives in Northern PA about 3 hours away so we don't get to see each other often (obviously); however, we always have a great time when we do get together. This visit she brought her new boyfriend Frank for us to meet. We loved him right away and had a great time with both of them. Saturday while Alex napped at her pappy and grandma's house, we got the chance to take them over to Wilson College for a game of disc golf. Frank is very into it and is quite good; while the rest of us are novices. We had a blast regardless of how poorly we have may have done. They stayed over that night and we had a great time playing games and just hanging out. After church the next morning, they had to take off for home to get ready to go back to work Monday morning. What a great time we had-they are great friends and we were blessed to share that time with them. Maybe next visit won't be so far off!
